Abstract (en)
The container for the packaging and preservation of liquids for domestic use comprises, on one of its upper faces, an orifice reinforced with a rigid ring (1) forming a throat (7), riveted onto the edges of this orifice and capable of receiving a stopper or cap which enables the container to be re-sealed after use. The ring-throat (1) is riveted on the orifice before the container is closed. In order to ensure a satisfactory seal of the throat, the ring is bonded to the edge of the orifice with the aid of an adhesive material or by means of thermofusion of the plastic ring on the plasticised wall of the container. This operation is performed by a press formed by two jaws, one of which is movable and introduces the ring-throat into the orifice of the wall of the container and the other of which, which is stationary and provided with a heated die, folds down the skirt (8) of the ring-throat on the inside of the wall of the container. <IMAGE>

Le berlingot pour le conditionnement et la conservaton de liquides de consommation domestique, comporte sur une de ses faces supérieures, un orifice renforcé d'une bague rigide (1) formant goulot (7), rivée sur les rebords de cette orifice et apte à recevoir un bouchon ou une capsule, ce qui permet le rebouchage étanche du berlingot, après son usage. La bague-goulot (1) est rivée sur l'orifice avant que le berlingot ne soit fermé. Pour assurer une bonne étanchéité du goulot, la bague est collée sur le rebord de l'orifice à l'aide d'une matière adhésive, ou par thermofusion de la bague en plastique sur la paroi plastifièe du berlingot. Cette opération est assurée par une presse formée de deux machoires dont l'une, mobile, vient introduire la bague-goulot dans l'orifice de la paroi du berlingot, et l'autre, fixe, pourvue d'une matrice chauffée, rabat la jupe (8) de la bague-goulot sur l'intérieur de la paroi du berlingot.
