1. A heat pump having a vaporizer (4) for a coolant which transfers heat by way of a compressor (6) to a condenser (10) which is connected to the vaporizer (4) by a return line, characterised in that, in the return line, there is arranged an exchange vessel (20) which by means of controllable valves (14, 22, 28 and 18, 24, 26) forms a separate circuit for the coolant, respectively in series with the vaporizer (4) and the compressor (6), or the compressor (6) and the condenser (10), and which is so arranged in the return line that the coolant can be transferable from the condenser (10) into the exchange vessel (20) and thence into the vaporizer (4).

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Wärmepumpe mit einem Verdampfer (4) für ein Kältemittel, das über einen Verdichter (6) Wärme zu einem Kondensator (10) überträgt, der über eine Rückleitung an den Verdampfer (4) angeschlossen ist. Erfindungsgemäß ist in der Rückleitung ein Austauschgefäß (20) vorgesehen, das jeweils in Reihe mit dem Verdampfer (4) und dem Verdichter (6) sowie mit dem Verdichter (6) und dem Kondensator (10) einen getrennten Kreislauf für das Kältemittel bildet. Durch dieses Austauschgefäß (20) können die Kreisprozeß-Verluste der Wärmepumpe begrenzt werden.
