Abstract (en)
In this method, the outside and rim area and the inside of the receptacle are sprayed in the direction from top to bottom with a rinsing liquid in order to flush out the contents and/or the inside and the rim area of the receptacle are sprayed in order to clean the receptacle. The device has a rinsing chamber (1) in which a receptacle positioned on the charging lid (2) is held in a defined position in relation to a first and second rinsing device (3, 4). The first rinsing device (3) has rinsing nozzles (12, 52) which can be pivoted about an angle ( alpha ) in order to spray the rinsing liquid from top to bottom towards the inside, or are guided in an orbit around the receptacle in order to rinse the outside of the receptacle, while the second rinsing device (4) can be moved into the inside of the receptacle and is rotatable in order to rinse the inside of the receptacle. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Mit diesem Verfahren wird die Aussenseite und Randpartie und die Innenseite des Behälters in der Richtung von oben nach unten mit einer Spülflüssigkeit bespritzt, um den Inhalt auszuschwemmen und/oder die Innenseite und die Randpartie des Behälters bespritzt, um den Behälter zu reinigen. Die Vorrichtung weist eine Spülkammer (1) auf, in der ein am Beschickungsdeckel (2) gehaltener Behälter in einer bestimmten Lage bezüglich einer ersten und zweiten Spülvorrichtung (3, 4) gehalten wird. Die erste Spülvorrichtung (3) weist Spüldüsen (12, 52) auf, die um einen Winkel (α) schwenkbar sind, um die Spülflüssigkeit von oben nach unten gegen die Innenseite zu spritzen, oder in einer Kreisbahn um den Behälter herumgeführt werden, um die Aussenseite des Behälters zu spülen, während die zweite Spülvorrichtung (4) in das Behälterinnere verschiebbar und drehbar ist, um die Innenseite des Behälters zu spülen.
