Abstract (en)
The information letter bears between a lower web (3) and a cover web (7) one or more inserts (5) which are connected to at least one of the webs (3, 7). This insert (5) is connected to one of the webs (3, 7) via a strip (17) which is arranged at one edge of the insert and extends transversely to the longitudinal direction of the web. Both webs (3, 7) and the strip (17) have at their transverse edges a common perforation line (21) extending transversely across the webs (3, 7). When tearing off the common strip (16, 17, 18), the insert (5) comes to rest freely movably between the two webs (3, 7). The insert is illustrated here as a folded set (5) of forms. The outer edge (20) of the common tear-off strip (16, 17, 18) likewise bears a perforation in order to separate the following information letters from one another individually. This construction allows a fully automatic production of information letters ready for dispatch and an easily openable individual information letter. <IMAGE>

Der versandfertige Datenbrief trägt zwischen einer Unterbahn (3) und einer Deckbahn (7) eine oder mehrere mit mindestens einer der Bahnen (3, 7) verbundene Einlagen (5). Diese Einlage (5) ist über einen, an ihrem einen Rand angeordneten, sich quer zur Bahnlängsrichtung erstreckenden Streifen (17) mit einer der Bahnen (3, 7) verbunden. Beide Bahnen (3, 7) und der Streifen (17) weisen an ihren Querrändern eine gemeinsame, quer über die Bahnen (3, 7) verlaufende Reißlinie (21) auf. Beim Abreißen des gemeinsamen Streifens (16, 17, 18) kommt die Einlage (5) frei beweglich zwischen den beiden Bahnen (3, 7) zu liegen. Die Einlage ist hier als zusammengefalteter Formularsatz (5) dargestellt. Der äußere Rand (20) des gemeinsamen Abreißstreifens (16, 17, 18) trägt ebenfalls eine Perforation, um die sich folgenden versandfertigen Datenbriefe individuell voneinander zu trennen. Dieser Aufbau ermöglicht eine vollautomatische Herstellung versandfertiger Datenbriefe und ein leicht zu öffnender einzelner versandfertiger Datenbrief.
