Abstract (en)
A pressure cap (14) is screwed down over circuitry (16, 18) by means of a screw (52) and one or more curved spring washers (70), the bolt engaging a nut (24) or a threaded part of a base plate (12) urging the base plate against the circuitry. Continuous pressure is sustained on the contacts even during extreme temperature cycling of -85 DEG F to 392 DEG F (-65 DEG C to 200 DEG C).
