[origin: WO8000557A1] A writing implement comprising, on the one hand, a barrel (1), a writing bloc (5, 6), a device (3) for holding a reservoir, a rotating device allowing the adjustable locking of at least the device holding the reservoir on the barrel and, on the other hand, a movable cap (2) which, in its closed position secures the protection of the writing bloc. The cap is equipped with means transmitting a rotation to the device holding the reservoir, when the said cap is placed, in its closed position, on the barrel. The dismantling is carried out by simply holding the barrel and the cap without it being necessary to hold the pen-carrying bloc with the hands.
