It is caracterized in that at each level, and slightly upstream of the cutting point, it comprises two transverse jaws (6, 13) or (27) located substantially on a same horizontal plane and between which is pinched the product (11 or 12) of which the edge has been first engaged from bottom to top between said jaws. Application to reeling display unit of sheet and ribbon product for use in industry and commerce and particularly for florists.

Application aux presentoirs devidoirs de produits en feuilles et en rubans a l'usage des industries et du commerce et notamment des fleuristes.
