[origin: WO8001056A1] This fixing device is comprised of two separate parts adapted to be applied one on the other and cooperate together, one being integral with the pedal, the other being integral with the shoe and positioned under the latter; these two parts comprise associated hooking claws and flanges (15, 16, 17; 5, 8, 9), forming a triangular hooking system, means to facilitate the setting in place of the shoe on the pedal (converging entrance (3/4), and guiding stud (14)) and means to allow the uncoupling of the hooking claws and flanges under the effect of a transversal disengagment effort (recesses (6 and 7), spring associated to moving claws (16 and 17) for their retraction).

Ce dispositif de fixation est compose de deux parties separees, adaptees pour pouvoir s'appliquer l'une sur l'autre et cooperer l'une avec l'autre, l'une solidaire de la pedale, l'autre solidaire de la chaussure et positionnee sous celle-ci; ces deux parties comprennent des griffes et joues d'accrochage conjuguees (15, 16, 17; 5, 8, 9, ), formant un systeme d'accrochage triangule, des moyens pour faciliter la mise en place de la chaussure sur la pedale (entre e convergente (3), glissiere (4), et plot de guidage (14)) et des moyens pour permettre le desaccouplement des griffes et joues d'accrochage sous l'effet d'un effort transversal de degagement (evidements (6 et7), ressort associe aux griffes mobiles (16 et 17) en vue de leur escamotage).
