The chambers are filled with a pulverulent or granular material, for example a metal powder. The chambers (5), are of a small size in the vertical direction but may form channels in the horizontal direction, this arrangement allows not only the improvement of the insulation capacity by increasing the specific weight of the panel, but also the elimination of the resonance phenomena for frequencies comprised between 100 and 3000 Hz.
