Raising-sliding-tilting door or window having a leaf or sash capable of being locked in the closed or immovably in the tilted position, a bolt (31) co-operating with a first lock member (32) when the leaf or sash (2) is closed in one extreme position relating to the sliding action, and with a second lock member (35) which prevents displacement when the leaf or sash is tilted and in the other extreme position, an approximately central position of displacement of the leaf or sash representing a movement releasing position for the leaf or sash which is in the sliding position, the bolt (31) having a T-shaped form and each lock member (32, 35) having a slot (37, 38) to receive the shank (39) of the T-shaped member, the cross-bar (40) of the T-shaped member, in tis two extreme positions, engaging behind the walls which form the relevant slot, the slot (38), to perform the locking function in the tilted position, having a width corresponding to the pivoting movement of the lock during tilting.
