Abstract (en)
A device for controlling the reciprocating motion of the thread- guides (4) during a winding operation making it possible to produce biconical bobbins (1). The device comprises a cam (2) with a helical groove transmitting a reciprocating movement to a slide (3) which controls a bar (20) extending over the entire length of the loom, and for each winding position, a thread-guide (4) mounted pivotally on a support body (9) integral with the aforementioned bar. The thread-guide (4) is mounted on the end of a right-angled arm (21), the other end (22) of which comprises a roller (5) which is guided in the groove (8) of an inclinable bar (6) synchronously with the formation of the wound package (1). In this device, the ends (10)-(23) of the guide groove (8) of the bar (6), in which groove the roller (5) controlling the angular movement of the thread-guide (4) bears, are curved in opposite directions so as to communicate an acceleration to the thread-guide (4) at the end of its travel, making it possible to distribute the thread at a constant speed. <IMAGE>

Dispositif de commande du va-et-vient des guides (4) distributeurs de fils lor d'une opération de bobinage permettant de réaliser des bobines biconiques (1). Il comporte une came (2) à gorge hélicoidale transmettant un déplacement alternatif à un coulisseau (3) commandant une barre (20) s'étendant sur toute la longueur du métier, et pour chaque position de bobinage, un guide-fil (4) monté pivotant sur un corps support (9) solidaire de la barre précitée. Le guide-fil (4) est monté à l'extrémité d'un bras (21) en équerre dont l'autre extrémité (22) comporte un galet (5) qui est guidé dans la rainure (8) d'une barre inclinable (6) en synchronisme avec la formation de l'enroulement (1). Dans ce dispositif, les extrémités (10)-(23) de la gorge de guidage (8) de la barre (6) dans laquelle prend appui le galet (5) commandant le déplacement angulaire du guide-fil (4) sont recourbées en sens opposé de manière à communiquer une accélération au guide-fil (4) en fin de course, permettant de distribuer le fil à vitesse constante.
