[origin: WO8100044A1] In this seat, the inclination of the parts particularly of the support of the seat with respect to the foot, is adjustable and lockable in a determined position by means of an actuating lever and a tightening bolt. The eccentric locking systems known of this type present the danger that imprecisions and wear do not allow to reach a sufficient locking force. To eliminate this inconveniency, there is provided a spring device (16) on the tightening bolt (14) so as to push the latter longitudinally with respect to the parts to be held in a locking position. The actuating lever (19-21) operatingly engages a stop of the clamping bolt and pushes it to an unlocking position.

Bei diesem Sitzmöbel ist die Neigung der Teile zueinander, insbesondere des Sitzträgers zur fußgestellfesten Tragkonstruktion mit Hilfe eines Betätigungshebels und eines Spannbolzens veränderbar und in der jeweiligen Lage feststellbar. Bekannte Exzenterverklemmungen dieser Art trugen die Gefahr in sich, daß bei Maßungenauigkeiten oder Abnutzungen keine genügende Klemmkraft erzielt werden konnte. Zur Vermeidung dieses Nachteiles beinhaltet die Erfindung eine am Spannbolzen (14) vorgesehene Federanordnung (16), welche den Spannbolzen in seiner Längsrichtung relativ zu den zu fixierenden Teilen in die Klemmlage verschiebt. Der Betätigungshebel (19-21) greift mit seiner Betätigung an einem Widerlager des Spannbolzens an und verschiebt diesen in die Freigabestellung.
