Abstract (en)

In a switch having contact springs with a high bearing pressure but relatively soft contact material, reduction in the insulation resistance as a result of contact abrasion should be prevented. To this end, the contact carrier (1), consisting of dielectric material, has a region (6) before and/or behind the contact (2), seen in the direction of the relative movement between the contact (2) and the opposing contact spring (3), which is at least as wide as the contact width, and the surface of which is positioned lower than the plane of the upper side of the contact. The insulating carrier (1) furthermore has a part (4) on at least one side of this recessed region (6) which likewise extends in the direction of the relative movement, but is located at least not deeper than the contact plane, on which part (4) the opposing contact spring (3) bears when the switch is open (Figure 1a). <IMAGE>

Abstract (de)

Bei einem Schalter mit hohem Auflagedruck der Kontaktfedern aber relativ weichem Kontaktwerkstoff soll verhindert werden, daß der Isolationswiderstand durch Kontaktabrieb vermindert wird. Hierzu weist der aus Isolierstoff bestehende Kontaktträger (1) in Richtung der Relativbewegung zwischen Kontakt (2) und Gegenkontaktfeder (3) geseben, vor und/oder hinter dem Kontakt (2) einen zumindest der Kontaktbreite entsprechenden Bereich (6) auf, dessen Oberfläche tiefer liegt als die Ebene der Kontaktoberseite. Der Isolierträger (1) hat ferner auf wenigstens einer Seite dieses zurückgesetzten Bereiches (6) einen sich ebenfalls in Richtung der Relativbewegung erstreckenden, gegenüber der Kontaktebene zumindest nicht tiefer liegenden Teil (4), auf welchem bei offenem Schalter die Gegenkontaktfeder (3) aufliegt.
