Automatically closing damper for the injection of combustion air below the hearth of a solid fuel-fired boiler. It consists of a flap (9) articulated by its upper edge so as to open under the effect of the current of air caused by the fan (7) and to close completely when the latter stops. An adjustable screw (12) makes it possible to limit the extent of the opening movement. Single figure. <IMAGE>

Clapet à fermeture automatique pour l'injection de l'air comburant sous le foyer d'une chaudière à combustible solide. Il est constitué par un volet (9) articulé par son bord supérieur de manière à s'ouvrir sous l'effet du courant d'air engendré par le ventilateur (7) et à se fermer complètement lorsque ce dernier s'arrête. Une vis réglable (12) permet de limiter l'amplitude du mouvement d'ouverture.
