Abstract (en)
Automatic device for tightening and loosening a nut. The body of the hydraulic tensioning device 4 comprises a bearing bush 10 and a prestressing tie rod 5 cooperating with the threaded end of the stud 2 above the nut 1. A driving bush 13 having an internal hexagon automatically drives the nut 1 in rotation under the action of a torsion spring 16. The nut is thus automatically tightened when the bolt is prestressed. <IMAGE>

Le corps du dispositif hydraulique tendeur 4 comporte une douille d'appui 10 et un tirant de mise sous précontrainte 5 coopérant avec l'extrémité filetée du goujon 2 au-dessus de l'écrou 1. Une douille d'entraînement 13 comportant un six pans intérieur entraîne automatiquement en rotation l'écrou 1 sous l'action d'un ressort de torsion 16. On obtient ainsi un serrage automatique de l'écrou lors de la mise sous précontrainte du boulon.
