[origin: WO8001661A1] An internal chuck especially for use in cutting external threads on small pipe pieces, where the pipe piece is placed on a mandrel (2) which is rotatably connected to a fixable mandrel (1) and provided with preferably three axially extending and rotatably embedded dogs (9) having a plane surface (10). The fixable mandrel (1) has activating members (14) which make the dogs (9) rotate via mutual rotation of the two mandrels (1, 2) such that the edge of the plane surface (10) is pressed against the interior wall of the pipe piece.

Un mandrin de serrage interne est specialement utilise pour tailler des filets externes sur des petites pieces en forme de tube, le tube etant place sur un mandrin (2) qui est assujetti de maniere rotative a un mandrin fixe et pourvu de trois docs d'entrainement axiaux enfonces de maniere rotative (9) ayant une surface plane (10). Le mandrin fixe (1) possede des organes d'actionnement (14) qui font tourner les docs d'entrainement (9) par rotation relative des deux mandrins (1, 2) de sorte que le bord de la surface plane (10) soit presse contre la paroi interieure du tube.
