1. A pressure sleeve (11) which is materially bonded to a connector component (10) and serves for the electrical plug-in connection of the conductor of a medium- or high-voltage cable made of copper or aluminium inside a prefabricated fitting, the outer diameter of the pressure sleeve being smaller than the outer diameter of the core insulation which surrounds the conductor, characterised in that for cable fittings having an elastic insulating body, the pressure sleeve connected to the connection component consists of an inner sleeve part (12) made of copper or aluminium and an outer sleeve part (13) made of steel.

Um bei der Montage von vorgefertigten Garnituren an Mittel- und Hochspannungskabeln den Montageaufwand weiter zu verringern, wird für die Herstellung der Leiterverbindung ein Steckelement verwendet, das aus einem Stekkerteil (20) und einer Preßhülse (21) besteht. Damit der äußere Durchmesser der Preßhülse stets kleiner als der zugehörige Aderdurchmesser ist, wird die Preßhülse wenigstens zweischichtig ausgebildet. Eine innere Schicht (22) aus Kupfer oder Aluminium übernimmt die Funktion der Stromleitung, während eine äußere Schicht (23) aus Stahl den Kontaktdruck nach dem Preßvorgang gewährleistet.
