Soap dispenser for liquid soaps having a base frame (15) securable to a wall on which an assembly is arranged constituted by a soap container (1), discharge device and hand lever (13) for actuating a plunger (6), the hand lever (13) being pivotably connected to the assembly, characterised in that the assembly is resiliently pivotably mounted on the base frame (15) and an abutment (17) is arranged on the base frame (15) in the path of movement of the hand lever (13) which effects a pivoting of the hand lever (13) with respect to the assembly when the assembly is pivoted with respect to the base frame (15).
