Abstract (en)
The method and the device facilitate the combination of the advantages for the aerosol containers containing pressurized gazeous propellants as well as for those containing free gazeous propellants, so that the disadvantages of both systems may be avoided and that an aerosol container which is easy to use and not harmful for the environment may be obtained. By means of the resilient container (2), which adapts to the volume of product (19) and acts on that product with a substantially constant pressure through a resilient envelope (4), the progressive increase of the free volume filled by the gas dissolved from the start in the product (19), due to the lessening of product is it is released, is avoided, as well as, eventually, the use of the product in gazeous form only whenever, due to ageing of the envelope (4), the mechanical pressure acting on product (19) drops under a predetermined value. This loss of mechanical pressure is thereby avoided owing to the gaz pressure. It is possible to use a gas which is not harmful for the environment, such as CO<u2>u or N<u2>uO in an aerosol container while keeping the same quality.
