Abstract (en)
This facing element consists of a thin fibre-reinforced concrete or synthetic resin dispersion concrete slab which can be put together on a substructure to form a smooth facade sealed against driving rain, in the manner of a composite brickwork structure. The front side is designed as an exposed surface (1) having a raised natural-cleft stone structure visually divided by horizontally and vertically running joints (2) which are shallow closed or deep partially open joints. The element is fixed by its upper stepped rabbet (4) to the substructure which is then covered by the exposed surface of the overlaid element. The specially shaped lateral edges, for example also as stepped rabbet and/or groove and tongue, ensure that the lateral vertical joints can also be fitted together absolutely leaktightly. <IMAGE>

Dieses Verkleidungselement besteht aus einer dünnen faserbewehrten Beton- oder Kunstharzbetonplatte, die auf einer Unterkonstruktion zu einer glatten, schlagregendichten Fassade nach Art eines Verbundmauerwerks zusammensetzbar ist. Die Vorderseite ist als Sichtfläche (1) ausgebildet mit einer erhabenen bruchrauhen Steinstruktur optisch unterteilt durch horizontal und vertikal verlaufende hochliegende geschlossene oder tiefliegende teilweise offene Fugen (2). Das Element wird mit seinem oberen Stufenfalz (4) an der Unterkonstruktion befestigt, die dann von der Sichtfläche des darüber verlegten Elements verdeckt wird. Die besonders geformten seitlichen Ränder, z. B. auch als Stufenfalz und/oder als Nut und Feder, sorgen dafür, daß auch die seitlichen Stoßfugen absolut dicht zusammengefügt werden können.
