The cardboard wrapper consists of a base, a lid and two mutually opposite side parts (2) and has locking flaps (5a) for securing the container (6), which flaps are articulated on the side parts. During the continuous conveying of the blank or the packaging (21), the following process steps are performed: a) prebending of folding lines of the blank, b) folding over of the locking flaps (5a) arranged on both longitudinal sides of the blank and articulating the blank closing flaps, c) applying the container (6) to the base or lid part of the blank, d) folding over the blank side parts until resting against the container (6), and e) closure of the closing flaps of the cardboard wrapper over the filling material. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Kartonhülle besteht aus einem Boden, einem Deckel sowie zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Seitenteilen (2) und weist zum Festhalten der Behälter (6) Arretierklappen (5a) auf, die an den Seitenteilen angelenkt sind. Während des kontinuierlichen Transportes des Zuschnittes bzw. der Verpackung (21) erfolgen die nachstehenden Verfahrenschritte: a) Vorbiegen von Faltlinien des Zuschnittes, b) Umfalten der an beiden Längsseiten des Zuschnittes angeordneten Arretierungsklappen (5a) und Anlenken der Zuschnittverschlußklappen, c) Aufbringen der Behälter (6) auf den Boden- oder Deckelteil des Zuschnittes, d) Umfalten der Zuschnittseitenteile bis zum Anliegen am Behälter (6) und e) Verschließen der Verschlußklappen der Kartonhülle über dem Füllgut.
