Corner angle joint of two straight eaves gutter parts (1, 2; 11, 12) of dimensionally stable material, with an at least approximately mitred cut, the mitre surfaces being arranged at a mutual distance and the eaves gutter parts (1, 2; 11, 12) being joined by elastic material (4, 24; 30) at an elastic angle, characterised by the following features : a) the eaves gutter parts (1, 2; 11, 12) are joined by sheet-like elastomeric material (4, 24; 30) ; b) a strip (4) of the sheet-like elastomeric material is provided only on the inside of the eaves gutter parts (1, 2; 11, 12) and bridges the distance between the mitre surfaces ; c) the distance between the mitre surfaces transversely to the mitre bevel is 1 to 5 mm, in particular 2 to 3 mm.
