The device has a hollow carrier for the publicity and/or the information. It is the object of the invention to improve a device of the abovementioned type in such a way that its weight is further reduced and that there is the option of suspending it or erecting it, production and installation being comparatively simple. This is achieved according to the invention by virtue of the fact that, at the top and the bottom, the carrier (1) is closed by means of a cover (2, 3), at least one of which is provided with an opening (3) for the releasable fixing of an insert. The carrier (1) consists of thin- walled material. This has a low weight per unit volume. The covers (2, 3) are manufactured from foamed material and are designed as push-in covers. The insert is provided with a drive motor to enable the carrier to perform a rotary motion. <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung für Werbe- und/oder informationszwecke, weiche einen hohl ausgebildeten Träger für die Werbeaussagen und/oder die Informationen aufweist. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine Vorichtung vorgenannter Art dahingehend zu verbessern, daß deren Gewicht weiter reduziert wird und die wahlweise Möglichkeit einer Aufhängung oder Aufstellung gegeben ist, wobei die Herstellung und Anbringung vergleichsweise einfach durchführbar ist. Erfindungsgemäß wird dies dadurch erreicht, daß der Träger (1) oben und unten mittels eines Deckels (2,3) verschlossen ist, von dem mindestens einer mit einer Öffnung (3) zur lösbaren Befestigung eines Einsatzes versehen ist. Der Träger (1) besteht aus dünnwandigem Material. Dieses weist ein niedriges spezifisches Gewicht auf. Die Deckel (2,3) sind aus Schaumstoff hergestellt und als Eindruckdeckel ?ausge?bildet. Der Einsatz ist mit einem Antriebsmotor versehen, damit der Träger eine Drehbewegung ausführen kann."
