Bei einer Zentrifugaimühle mit zylinderförmiger Mahltrommel, die um ihre eigene Trommelachse rotiert und gleichzeitig auf einem Rotationskreis mit konstantem Drehverhältnis um eine feststehende und zu der Trommelachse parallelen Rotationsachse rotiert, und der Abstand der Trommelachse von der Rotationsachse kleiner als der Radius der Mahltrommel ist, und die eine Beschickungsvorrichtung an einem Stirnteil und einer Austragsvorrichtung an dem anderen Stirnteil der Mahltrommel besitzt, tritt Verschleiß in der Beschickungs- und Entleerungszone auf und es können Mahlkörper herausgeschleudert werden. Dies wird dadurch verhindert, daß an beiden Stirnteilen (1) konisch ausgebildete Verlängerungsteile (2a, 2b) angeordnet sind, an der Beschickungsseite auf das konische Verlängerungsteil (2a) eine spiralförmige Eintragsvorrichtung (3) aufgesetzt ist, und an der Austragsseite nahe dem Ende des konischen Verlängerungsteiles (2b) in dem Mantel des Konus Austragsöffnungen (4) angeordnet sind.
