Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein pneumatisch oder hydraulisch betreibbares Druckzylindersystem einer Einschlagvorrichtung zum Brechen der erstarrten Kruste (26) eines Elektrolyseofens, insbesondere zur Herstellung von Aluminium. Das Druckzylindersystem besteht aus einem Positionierungszylinder (12) mit Kolbenstange (14) und einem darunter auf derselben Längsachse angeordneten Arbeitszylinder (16) mit Kolbenstange (18).
