[origin: US4350245A] A medical kit for the protective storage of teat swabs includes a container inclusive of a container body provided with a lid and holding the teat swabs and a salve. An insert extending toward the container floor is located in the container body and is provided with holders for storing the teat swabs. At least one hollow space is located below the insert in the bottom area of the container and adapted to hold the salve, into which the lower tip of the teat swab may be dipped.

Behälter (11) zur geschützten Aufbewahrung von Zitzenstiften (16), welcher aus einer die Zitzenstifte (16) und eine Salbe (22) aufnehmenden, mit einem Verschlußdeckel (13) versehenen Dose (12) besteht, in welcher sich ein gegen den Boden (20) des Behälters (11) erstreckender Einsatz (14) befindet, in welchem Aufnahmen (15) für die Lagerung der Zitzenstifte (16) angeordnet sind, wobei unterhalb des Einsatzes (14) im Bodenbereich (20) des Behälters (11) wenigstens ein Hohlraum (21) od. dgl. zur Aufnahme der Salbenmasse (22) angeordnet ist, in welche die Zitzenstifte (16) mit ihrem unteren Ende eintauchen.
