[origin: US4671034A] The present invention relates to an end-anchoring system for anchoring at least one bar made from a fibrous compound material and being used as a tendon in pre-stressed concrete construction, comprising an anchorage pot arranged for being fixed at a prestressed concrete component and containing a clamping body which extends over a portion of the length of the bar and encloses the latter and upon which transverse forces acting vertically to the longitudinal axis of the bar and producing a frictional connection between the rod and the clamping body and the anchorage pot, respectively, can be exerted, the clamping body being part of translating means for transforming axial forces into transverse forces and serving to transform forces acting upon the device in the longitudinal direction of the bar into proportional transverse forces providing the frictional connection between the rod and the clamping body.

Es wird eine Vorrichtung zur Endverankerung von im Spannbetonbau eingesetzten Stäben aus Faser-Verbundwerkstoff angegeben, mit einem von einem oder mehreren Stäben in Längsrichtung durchsetzten, am Spannbeton-Bauteil festlegbaren Verankerungshohlkörper, der einen ebenfalls von Stab durchsetzten Klemmkörper enthält, auf den mittels einer Klemmeinrichtung die zur reibungsschlüssigen Fixierung der Stäbe erforderlichen Querkräfte ausübbar sind. Eine Längs/Querkraft- Umsetzungseinrichtung, die in Längsrichtung der Stäbe angreifende Zugkräfte in dazu proportionale Querkräfte umsetzt, umfaßt eine Querkraft-Begrenzungseinrichtung, mit der ein vorgebbarer Betrag der Querkräfte einstellbar ist, für den z.B. durch ein federelastisches Grenzwertglied oder einem zusammendrückbaren Pufferkörper eine obere Schranke vorgebbar ist. Durch Verwendung quetschbarer Klemmkörper wird eine gleichmäßige Verteilung der Spannglieder über deren Verankerungslänge erzielt und damit eine sichere und gleichwohl schonende Verankerung derselben gewährleistet. In spezieller Gestaltung der Vorrichtung können in den Verankerungshohlkörper eingesetzte Blindstäbe zur Einstellung eines bestimmten Längs/Querkraft-Umsetzungsverhältnisses herangezogen werden.
