Abstract (en)
1. A process for the production of low ohmic resistors, especially power resistors, wherein at first sections forming predetermined resistor elements are cut from elongated homogeneous resistor material and connection wires are attached in abutting relationship and fitted with a metallic melt compound, characterized in that resistor strip material, especially flat strip material, is cut into strip sections, the strip sections are passed after cutting into the reach of welding tongs in a magazine of a precision welding machine, where the contact wires ar buttwelded against the strip sections approximately normal to the longitudinal extension of the strip sections while spaced from each other through a predetermined distance measured in the direction of the longitudinal extension of the strip section and spaced through a distance from the respective end of the strip section.

Verfahren zur Herstellung von Niederohm-Drahtwiderständen, insbesondere Hochlastwiderständen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Widerstands-Bandmaterial in vorgegebenen Abschnitte (10) geschnitten wird und die Kontaktdrähte (14, 15) in einem vorgegebenen Abstand voneinander stumpf gegen die Abschnitte angeschweisst werden.
