Abstract (en)
The sliding door (1) comprises a series of rectangular panels (2) articulated on one another, the opposite edges of the panels (2) being guided by slideways (5) extending on each side of the aperture (8) and towards the inside of the latter. This door (1) comprises, furthermore, a device (42) for balancing the weight of the door and having at least one helical spring (49) connected to the door. This spring (49) is stressed under compression by the weight of the door during the closing of the latter and operates by relaxing during the opening of this door, the mechanical connection (30) between the door and the spring comprising a fixed pulley block (43) interacting with a movable pulley block (44) defining with the latter a hoist, this movable pulley block being connected to the spring (49) by means of a rod (50). The invention is used particularly on garage doors.

La porte coulissante (1) comprend une série de panneaux rectangulaires (2) articulés les uns par rapport aux autres, les bords opposés des panneaux (2) étant guidés par des glissières (5) s'étendant de chaque côté de l'ouverture (8) et vers le côté intérieur de cette dernière. Cette porte (1) comprend en outre un dispositif (42) pour équilibrer le poids de la porte et comportant au moins un ressort hélicoïdal (49) relié à la porte. Ce ressort (49) est sollicité en compression par le poids de la porte lors de la fermeture de celle-ci et fonctionne en détente lors de l'ouverture de cette porte, la liaison mécanique (30) entre la porte et le ressort comportant un moufle fixe (43) coopérant avec un moufle mobile (44) définissant avec ce dernier un palan, ce moufle mobile étant rendu solidaire du ressort (49) au moyen d'une tige (50). Application notamment aux portes de garage.
