Abstract (en)

[origin: EP0027896A2] 1. A rigid prefabricated panel element (1, 101) for the production of roof and surface structures comprising a thin strip-like or large-area concrete panel (2) which serves as permanent shuttering and in which at least a portion of the roof or surface structure reinforcement (3) is disposed, and which includes at least one lattice girder (6, 22, 106) which partially projects out of the surface of the concrete panel and whose upper chord is formed as a U-shaped sheet steel bar (8, 108) which is filled with concrete (7, 31, 41, 107) and to the two side walls (10, 11, 110, 111) of which are welded, from the exterior, lattice diagonal members (12, 13, 112, 113) which are force-lockingly connected to the reinforcement (3) contained in the concrete panel (2) characterised in that the internal width of the sheet steel bar (8, 108) in the lower region is larger than 8 cm, that the sheet steel bar (8, 108) has at least one longitudinal corrugation (14, 133, 134) and/or inwardly bent upper edges (15, 16) on the side walls (10, 11, 110, 111) and that a shear-resistant join is formed in the longitudinal direction of the sheet steel bar (8, 108) between same and the concrete filling (7, 31, 41, 107) by knob-like projections (17) or transverse ribs (24) which are arranged along the inside surface of the sheet steel bar (8, 108).
