[origin: WO8002656A1] Unit for the cleaning of shafts or pipes consisting of a brush rotating around an axis; this brush is designed mainly for filling in the shaft or pipe section, and the brash is designed to rotate by means of the fluid pressure, the unit having been suspended in a bearing (12), there being means (9) of hoisting the unit up and down, there having been between the bearing (12) and the brush (20) mounted liquid nozzles (15 and 16) with directions providing a reaction torque when the liquid is sprayed out, and the unit having been connected at the underside with a fluid pressure hose (10) over a rotating coupling (19) so that the unit may rotate without the hose (10) rotating, too.

Une unite de nettoyage de cheminees ou de conduites consiste en une brosse rotative autour d'un axe; cette brosse est concue essentiellement pour occuper toute la section de la cheminee ou de la conduite, et pour tourner sous l'action d'une pression de fluide, l'unite etant suspendue au moyen d'un support (12), des moyens (9) de levage etant prevus pour mouvoir l'unite vers le haut et vers le bas. Des buses pour liquide (15 et 16) sont disposees entre le support (12) et la brosse (20) selon des directions telles que se produit un couple de reaction lorsque le liquide est projete. L'unite est reliee par le bas a un tuyau d'amenee de pression (10) par l'intermediaire d'un raccord tournant (19) permettant la rotation de l'unite independamment du tuyau (10).
