Continuous press adapted to press any products whatsoever such for instance as vegetables, fruits or fodders and of the type comprising a central wheel (1) associated with an outer crown (4) forming together with the wheel (1) an assembly movable in rotation of two substantially inside tangential cylinders between which said products are pressed, said outer crown (4) being radially applied against the central wheel (1) by means of a device with rollers or the like (13, 14) which are bearing outside on the outer crown (4) and may adjustably clamp the latter to the central wheel (1) by means of a clamping system arranged laterally on either side of the wheel (1) and of the crown (4), characterized in that said clamping system consists of a first pair of levels (7, 7') pivotally coupled to boggies or supports (13, 13') for rollers or rolls (14, 14') and of a second pair of levers (6, 6') adapted to freely pivot about the axis (2) of rotation of the wheel (1), said pairs of levers (6, 6' and 7, 7') being journaled each one with one of their ends onto a common shaft (8) kept in a stationary position and also adjustable on the frame (3) of the press so as to modify at will the position of the point of clamping the crown (4) onto said wheel (1), and with their other end onto two pivots (10, 11), respectively, associated with a clamping means (9) for moving the levers (7, 7') towards or away from the levers (6, 6').
