Dans un but de marquage, les supports d'enregistrement du son sont munis de donnees. Afin de pouvoir distinguer les imitations des originaux, les supports de donnees sont marques par des deuxiemes donnees qui presentent avec les premieres donnees une relation non reconnaissable par les personnes non autorisees. Pour la mise en oeuvre de ce procede, un dispositif de marquage comporte un dispositif de codage pour le codage de donnees caracteristiques (13) en une marque distinctive (14) et la commande d'un appareil d'enregistrement destine a l'application de la marque distinctive.
