1. A process for optimizing the expenditure of energy in an installation consisting of a plurality of electrostatic filters, characterized in that the electric energy levels (E1, E2) fed to the individual electrostatic filters (1, 2, 3) are iteratively automatically changed in such manner that the total energy sum (sigma E) tends towards a minimum for a given dust charge (Ds ) at the output of the installation.

Die Erfindung betrifft die Optimierung einer Elektrofilteranlage (1, 2, 3) im Rahmen einer Mikroprozessorsteuerung (12, 23, 33) mit überlagertem Leitrechner (4). Die Abscheideleistungen (E) werden so auf die einzelnen Filter (1, 2, 3) verteilt, daß die aufzuwendende Gesamtenergie (Σ E) bei vorgegebenem Entstaubungsgrad (Ds) einem Minimum zustrebt. Alternativ kann der vorzugebende Entstaubungsgrad auch aus dem Verhältnis der Kosten für die aufzuwendende Energie zum gewonnenen Nutzstaub ermittelt werden.
