Modular construction element for building. It has an angular and substantially parallelepipedal shape forming a conduit (8) opening out parallel to its outer lateral faces, reinforced or otherwise by braces. At least one of its outer lateral faces bears regularly juxtaposed rectangular projections (13, 13', 13'') reproducing the appearance of bricks, separated by set back spaces (11) reproducing the appearance of joints. Several rows of projections are arranged above one another to reproduce the appearance of part of a facing of matching bricks. <IMAGE>

Elément de construction modulaire pour la bâtiment. Il présente une forme angulaire et sensiblement parallélépipédique ménageant un conduit (8) débouchant parallèle à ses faces latérales extérieures, renforcé ou non par des entretoises. Au moins une de ses faces latérales extérieures porte des saillies rectangulaires (13, 13', 13") juxtaposées régulièrement reproduisant l'aspect de briques, séparées d'espaces (11) en retrait reproduisant l'aspect de joints. Plusieurs rangées de saillies sont disposées l'une au-dessus de l'autre pour reproduire l'aspect d'une partie de parement en briques appareillées.
