1. A heavy-current plasmatron nozzle consisting of a single interchangeable insert (1) in the general form of a wearing element disposed centrally with respect to the cathode (4), a cooling jacket being provided for the nozzle, characterized in that the insert (1) is secured directly int he nozzle body by means of a solder (2) and the nozzle cooling is so adapted that the solder does not melt while the burner is in operation.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Düse mit Düseneinsatz für ein Hochstromplasmatron zum Einsatz in Schmelzöfen. Das Ziel der Erfindung ist die Senkung des Aufwandes für die Düsenregenerierung bei gleichzeitiger Erhöhung der Lebensdauer der Düse. Die Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, daß die Düse des Plasmatrons mit einem Düseneinsatz als Verschleißteil ausgerüstet ist, welches durch Einlöten in den Düsenkörper befestigt wird und zur Regenerierung leicht und einfach auswechselbar ist.
