In the process, the material to be ground is cooled essentially ahead of a comminuting device (1) in a cooling shaft (2) with a material charging hopper (3) with the aid of a very low temperature cooling gas. The cooling gas is guided via lines (9, 11, 13) in a circuit through the cooling shaft (2) and through a reservoir (6), connected downstream of the comminuting device (1), with filter (8) and a fresh cooling gas is injected into the circuit via an atomising device (15). In order to generate a conveying gas stream in the communiting device (1), a conveying gas stream is branched off from the circuit and directed via a line (12) to the comminuting device (1). In order to compensate a change in the material structure occurring during the comminuting process or in order to manufacture a product, such as for example seasoning mixtures, which is only complete in a mixture state, it is provided to add corresponding additives to the material to be ground before the comminuting process and/or during the comminuting process. Abstract (de)
Bei einem Verfahren zum Zerkleinern von Stoffen bei tiefen Temperaturen wird das Mahlgut im wesentlichen vor einer Zerkleinerungseinrichtung (1) in einem Kühlschacht (2) mit Gutaufgabetrichter (3) mit Hilfe eines tiefkalten Kühlgases gekühlt. Das Kühlgas wird dabei über Leitungen (9, 11, 13) im Kreislauf durch den Kühlschacht (2) und durch einen der Zerkleinerungseinrichtung (1) nachgeschalteten Sammelbehälter (6) mit Filter (8) geleitet und über eine Verdüsungseinrichtung (15) wird frisches Kühlgas in den Kreislauf eingedüst. Zur Erzeugung eines Fördergasstromes in der Zerkleinerungseinrichtung (1) wird aus dem Kreislauf ein Fördergasstrom abgezweigt und über eine Leitung (12) zur Zerkleinerungseinrichtung (1) geführt. Um eine während des Zerkleinerungsvorganges auftretende Veränderung der Materialstruktur zu kompensieren oder um die Herstellung eines erst als Gemisch fertigen Produktes, wie z.B. die Herstellung von Gewürzmischungen, zu erzielen, ist vorgesehen, dem Mahlgut vor dem Zerkleinerungsvorgang und/oder während des Zerkleinerungsvorganges entsprechende Zuschlagstoffe beizumengen. Dazu kann dem Kühlschacht (2) und/oder der Zerkleinerungseinrichtung (1) eine entsprechende Zugabeeinrichtung (18, 19) für die Zuschlagstoffe zugeordnet sein.
