Abstract (en)

In order to recycle metal-mesh reinforced cellular-concrete slabs, in particular for separating the steel portion from the concrete part and for the concerted diminution of the latter, the metal-mesh reinforced moulded elements are broken up at several points simultaneously and the bond between steel rods and concrete is broken. The moulded elements still adhering are then subjected to a vibration effect and the remaining concrete fragments shaken off and the steel rods exposed. The steel rods are separated off and the concrete fragments are prepared by sieving and breaking. A moving roller table (10) has connected downstream of it a slab conveyor (20) moving at the same speed which runs below a loosely mounted crushing roller (30) and leads to a vibrating roller (40) beneath which a conveyor belt (42) which leads to a sieving system is arranged. <IMAGE>

Abstract (de)

Zum Wiederaufbereiten von drahtmattenbewehrten Gasbetonplatten, insbesondere zum Trennen des Stahlanteils vom Betonteil und zum gezielten Zerkleinern des letzteren, bricht man die drahtmattenbewehrten Formstücke gleichzeitig an mehrere Stellen an und löst den Verbund zwischen Stahlstäben und Beton. Die noch anhaftenden Formstücke werden dann einem Rütteleffekt unterworfen und die restlichen Betonfragmente abgeschüttelt, die Stahlstäbe blossgelegt. Die Stahlstäbe werden abgesondert und die Betonfragmente durch Sieben und Brechen aufbereitet. Einem bewegten Rollgang (10) ist ein mit gleicher Geschwindigkeit bewegtes Plattenband (20) nachgeschaltet, das unterhalb einer lose gelagerten Brechwalze (30) verläuft und zu einer Rüttelwalze (40) führt, unterhalb derer ein Transportband (42) angeordnet ist, das zu einer Siebanlage führt.
