The brick lamellae are formed from geometrically specially shaped brick units, the deformations of which during firing are corrected by grinding or by cutters and are then glued in lamellar form by means of constructional adhesives (e.g. epoxy mortar) and, if required, overloaded by means of a mounting or support fitting. If low conductivity is required of the construction, a sandwich is constructed by the combination of two brick lamellae and by thermally insulating binding material (e.g. polyurethane foam, perlite gypsum). Based on this principle of glued brick lamellae, various structural designs can be carried out: a) facade curtains for suspended facades b) facade walls c) structural interior walls d) partition walls e) ceiling structures f) roof structures g) bases h) cladding of concrete elements This technology permits rapid construction, the elimination of bricklaying work and mortaring and optimisation of the physical properties of the brick structure. The patent claim relates to the shape of the brick units, to the method of cutting (or grinding) and to the gluing by means of the construction adhesives. <IMAGE>

Gegenstand der Erfindung sind Ziegelsteinlamellen, die aus geometrisch speziell geformten Ziegelsteineinheiten geformt sind, deren Deformierungen beim Brennen durch Schleifen oder Schneider korrigiert werden und die danach durch bauliche Klebemittel (z.B. Epoxydmörtel) in Lamellenform geklebt werden, und nach Bedarf durch Montage- oder Trägerarmatur überlastet werden. Wenn von der Konstruktion eine geringe Leitfähigkeit erfordert wird, dann wird durch die Kombination zweier Ziegelsteinlamellen und durch wärmeisolatorisches Bindematerial (z.B. Polyurethanschaum, Perlitgips) ein Sandwich konstruiert. Auf der Basis dieses Prinzips der geklebten Ziegelsteinlamellen können verschiedene Baukonstruktionen durchgeführt werden: a) Fassadenvorhänge für Hängefassaden b) Fassadenwände c) Konstruktive Innenwände d) Zwischenwände e) Deckenkonstruktionen f) Dachkonstruktionen g) Unterlagen h) Verkleidung von Betonelementen Die Technologie ermöglicht eine schnelle Bauweise, die Eliminierung von Maurerarbeiten und Mörteln und eine Optimierung der physischen Eigenschaften der Ziegelkonstruktion. Der Patentanspruch bezieht sich auf die Form der Ziegelsteineinheiten, auf das Verfahren des Schneidens (oder Schliefens) und auf das Kleben durch die Bauklebemittel.
