1. Roof construction for flat or gently sloping roofs with a sub-construction (1) and roofing membrane (6) of elastic sealing sheets loosely laid on this, if necessary with intermediate layers such as thermally insulating layer, protective layer, water vapour barrier etc., with the roofing membrane (6) only being secured at the edge (37) of the sub-construction (1), characterised in that the intermediate space (36) provided between sealing membrane (6) and sub-construction (1) is so sealed that a pressure equilibrium between the external surrounding atmosphere and this intermediate space (36) is prevented by air influx into this intermediate space (36).

Dachkonstruktion insbesondere für flache bzw. flachgeneigte Dächer mit einer Unterkonstruktion und auf dieser lose verlegten Dachhaut aus elastischen Dichtungsbahnen gegebenenfalls mit Zwischenschichten wie Wärmedämmschicht, Schutzschicht, Dampfsperrschicht etc., wobei die Dachhaut am Rande der Unterkonstruktion verwahrt ist und der zwischen Dachhaut und Unterkonstruktion vorhandene Zwischenraum zur Verhinderung eines Druckausgleiches abgedichtet ist.
