A cold-process or semicold-process massive forming die is provided with an intermediate bush between a die core (1, 10) and at least one shrink ring (4), which bush is composed of a material of high compressive strength and in the axial direction has at least two slots (5-7, 12-14, 19-22) offset from one another. A higher stability and continuous loadability is thereby achieved and the exchange of a die core is also facilitated. The die core can be divided into an internally arranged core (1) of reduced wall thickness and the slotted bush (3). Various designs of the slots are possible. <IMAGE>

Eine Matrize für Massivumformung im Kalt- oder Halbwarmverfahren wird mit einer Zwischenbuchse zwischen einem Matrizenkern (1, 10) und wenigstens einem Schrumpfring (4) versehen, welche aus einem Material hoher Druckfestigkeit besteht und in Axialrichtung wenigstens zwei voneinander abgesetzte Schlitze (5-7, 12-14, 19-22) aufweist. Dadurch wird eine höhere Standfestigkeit bzw. Dauerbelastbarkeit erreicht und auch der Austausch eines Matrizenkernes erleichtert. Der Matrizenkern kann in einen innen angeordneten Kern (1) verminderter Wandstärke und die geschlitzte Buchse (3) aufgeteilt werden. Für die Schlitze sind verschiedene Ausführungen möglich.
