[origin: US4431881A] A pushbutton drive for key contacts is disclosed. The disclosed drive is provided with a mushroom button which is loaded by a restoring force and which includes a mushroom stem movably guided in a housing. The stem has a rest position, and an operating position detent which can be released by rotation of the mushroom button. A detent plunger spring-loaded transversely to the longitudinal direction of movement of the mushroom stem is supported in the housing. Rotation preventing edges or corners formed by intersecting surfaces are provided at the rest position to prevent rotation of the mushroom stem in the rest position. The invention makes undetected use of the switch impossible.

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Druckknopfantrieb für Tastschalter. Dieser Tastschalter ist mit einem rückstellkraftbelasteten Pilzknopf (11) versehen, dessen Pilzstiel (10) in einem Gehäuse verschiebbar geführt ist und eine Ruhe- und Betriebsstellungsraste aufweist, die durch Drehen des Pilsknopfes (11) aufhebbar ist. Ein quer zur Betätigungsrichtung des Druckknopfantriebes federbelasteter Raststössel (8) ist im Gehäuse (2) gelagert und in Verschiebungsrichtung des Pilzstieles (10) beidseitig zumindest im Bereich der Ruhestellung von Drehverhinderungskanten (14) am Pilzstiel (10) flankiert. Hierdurch wird eine unbewusste Überlistung des Druckknopfantriebes durch den Nichtfachmann unmöglich gemacht.
