1. A directly hydraulically spread roof support for mining, in particular a shield-type support, which has at least one pair of expanding arms (3, 4) pivotably connected to the horn (2) and the bed plate (1), which arms are pivotably connected together at their free ends in such manner that they form a tilted V-shape, the spreading arms being spreadable by means of a hydraulic cylinder (5) against the horn or against the bed plate, characterised in that the hydraulic cylinder (5) is arranged between the spreading arms (3, 4) and the ends of the hydraulic cylinder are connected to the spreading arms (3, 4) at arbitrary points of their length.

Abstract (de)

Der erfindungsgemäße Bergbau-Ausbau weist zwischen der Kappe (2) und der Sohlenschwelle (1) mindestens ein System von Hebeln (3, 4) auf, welche gelenkartig untereinander sowie mit der Kappe (2) und der Sohlenschwelle (1) gelenkartig solcherweise verbunden sind, daß sie die Form eines liegenden, mit der Spitze zum Bruch gerichteten Buchstabens V aufweisen. Zwischen den Hebeln (3, 4) weist er einen die Hebel (3, 4) und somit den Ausbau spreizenden Hydraulikzylinder (5) auf. Dies gestattet es, eine hohe Multiplikation des Zylinderhubs in bezug auf die Höhenänderung des Ausbaus sowie eine Multiplikation von Kräften zu erzielen. In den Schildausbauten eines Lemniskatentyps kann das Hebelsystem durch den Bruchausbauschild (6) und den Außenarm (7) der Lemniskatenanordnung gebildet werden.
