1. Bottle cap opener for bottles with crown cap, consisting of a flat, approximately cuboid shaped profiled body (1) of plastic with an opening on one side, provided in the area of the opening with a metal insert with recess, characterized in that the profiled body (1) has on one end an opening (3) in shape of a circle segment of diameter slightly larger than the crown cap and with a chord edge (5) parallel to the front edge (7) of the profiled body (1), and wherein a groove (11) encompasses the opening (3) on three sides, leaving the front edge (7) of the profiled body (1) free, and wherein the metal insert is pushed into the groove (11) and consists essentially of a rectangular, flat punched piece of sheet metal (13), with the opening in the metal insert having the shape of a circle segment (15) of similar contour as the opening (3) in the profiled body (1), but with slightly smaller diameter than the crown cap and located centrally, and wherein the lateral edges (17, 18) of the punched metal insert (13), located at right angles to the chord edge (5) of the circle segment shaped opening (3) are provided with saw-tooth like indentations (19) which secure the punched sheet metal piece (13) inserted into the profiled body (1).

Der Flaschenöffner für Flaschen mit Kronenkappenverschlüssen ist als Profilkörper (1) mit einem kreissegmentförmigen Durchbruch (3) und einem in eine diesen Durchbruch (3) dreiseitig umgebende Nut (11) einschiebbares Stanzblech (13) mit einem kreissegmentförmigen Durchbruch (15) ausgebildet. Der Durchbruch (3) des Profilkörpers (1) ist dabei im Durchmesser etwas grösser, der Durchbruch (15) des Stanzbleches (13) etwas kleiner als der Durchmesser der Kronenkappe. Darüberhinaus kann der Flaschenöffner als Flaschenverschluss ausgebildet sein, wobei die rechteckige Dichtscheibe (31) die Flaschenöffnung abdeckt und die Trapezseiten (25,26) sich am Flaschenhals festklemmen. Durch diese Ausbildung wird das als Verstärkung für das Öffnen der Flaschen dienende Stanzblech nachträglich in den Profilkörper eingesetzt; ein vorheriges Einlegen, etwa in eine Spritzform, wird dadurch vermieden.
