A dispenser of liquid products having a hermetic stocking container (1) which shelters a stock of the liquid product or additive from the atmosphere, and a dosing receptacle (8) which is located underneath the lower level of this container, characterized in that it comprises on the one hand in the hermetic container (1) a means for balancing the inner pressure, this means being constituted by a tube (4) having an upper end which opens into the space above the uppermost level of this stock of product, and a lower end which communicates with a pipe (19) connecting a tap of low pressure (21b) of an injection means (21-21a) with the dosing receptacle (8) via a suction means (15), this means being provided with a hydrostatic valve (20), and on the other hand a communication via a hydrostatic valve (11) between the lower part of the hermetic container (1) and an inlet opening (9) located at the lower part of the dosing receptacle (8).
