A multi-wire flexible electrical lead which is intended for the power supply of small electrical equipment and is provided with a plug or a plug socket at the end of the lead, is to be better matched to the electrical and mechanical requirements. For this purpose, with a maximum conductor cross-section of each wire of 0.5 mm<2>, it is provided that tension-resistant threads on a plastic base be arranged in the filler spaces of the wires which are twisted or are arranged parallel to one another, and that the ends of these threads be fixed to the bridge between the pins of the plug or of the plug socket. For this purpose, the electrical properties of the conductor have been separated from the tensile strength of the lead and optimal matching has been facilitated. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Eine mehradrige flexible elektrische Leitung, die zur Stromversorgung von elektrischen Kleingeräten vorgesehen und am Leitungsende mit einem Stecker oder einer Steckbuchse versehen ist, soll besser an die elektrischen und mechanischen Anforderungen angepaßt werden. Hierzu ist bei einem Leiterquerschnitt jeder Ader von höchstens 0,5 mm² vorgesehen, in den Zwickelräumen der verseilten oder parallel nebeneinander angeordneten Adern zugfeste Fäden auf Kunststoffbasis anzuordnen und die Enden dieser Fäden an der Stiftbrücke des Steckers oder der Steckbuchse zu fixieren. Hierdurch wird eine Trennung der elektrischen Eigenschaften des Leiters von der Zugfestigkeit der Leitung erreicht und eine optimale Anpassung ermöglicht.
