1. Device for automatically projecting coating products, comprising a mobile projection head (4, 10) animated by a control mechanism (23) and comprising product supply means connected to a reserve of product and means (20, 21) for controlling the atomization of said product connected to a source of atomization fluid, said projection head comprising on the one hand a single control unit (4) adapted to be animated by said control mechanism (2, 3) and comprising said atomization control means (20, 21) connected to said source of atomization fluid and on the other hand a plurality of interchangeable projection units 10, each associated with a product to be projected and comprising supply means (11) connected to a reserve of the corresponding product, a projection unit (10) being able to be removably mounted on said control unit (4) so that the different control connections may be established between said units, the different interchangeable projection units (10) being disposed in a magazine 8, characterized in that the control unit (4) is provided with means (34) for automatically gripping, locking, unlocking and depositing each time one of said projection units in said magazine.

Selon l'invention, la tête de projection comporte d'une part un bloc de commande unique (4) susceptible d'être animé par un mécanisme de commande (2, 3) et comportant des moyens (20, 21) de commande de pulvérisation reliés à une source de fluide de pulvérisation et d'autre part une pluralité de blocs de projection (10) interchangeables, chacun associé à un produit à projeter et comprenant des moyens (40) d'alimentation reliés à une réserve du produit correspondant, un bloc de projection (10) pouvant être monté de façon amovible sur ledit bloc de commande (4) de façon que les différentes liaisons de commande puissent être établies entre lesdits blocs. Application notamment aux installations de peinture industrielles.
