Abstract (en)
1. Ignition coil for internal combustion engines, comprising a closed magnetic circuit (1) formed by a plurality of sheet metal elements or laminations which are assembled to form a rectangular frame comprising branches of rectangular cross-section, a permanent magnet (2) situated between two half-branches (3a and 3b) forming a branch (3), a primary winding (4) and a secondary winding (5) surrounding a branch (6) opposite to the branch (3), characterized in that the magnetic circuit (1) comprises at least one magnetic junction (7) situated at one of the extremities of the branch (6) along a plane forming an acute angle (alpha) with the plane of the surfaces (2a and 2b) of the permanent magnet (2) adjacent to the circuit (1).
