Abstract (en)
A suction hole (91a) and a discharge hole (91b) are formed at the centre and on the outer periphery of a valve seat (91) mounted at the end of a cylinder (5) in a reciprocating pump. A suction valve (92) and a discharge valve (93) are provided at the inner and outer surfaces of the valve seat (91) at a cylinder chamber (5a) side to be urged toward the valve seat (91) by two valve springs (94,95). A spring retainer (11) is provided midway along the cylinder (5) through which a plunger (7) is telescoped to allow passage of the plunger for supporting the first valve spring (94). The position for the plunger to complete its reciprocating motion is provided in the vicinity of the vane (93) to reduce the excessive volume and accordingly the residual air amount so as to improve the rise at restarting time.

Une pompe alternative ayant une soupape d'admission (92), une soupape de refoulement (93), une soupape de commande de pression (11) comprenant une surface de reception de la pression est supportee sur un siege de soupape (91) pour supporter au moins l'une des soupapes (92 et 93), la surface de reception de la pression etant prevue sur un passage de refoulement (8b), la soupape (11) etant montee dans une culasse (8), et un ressort de commande (12) prevu dans un regulateur de pression (13) pour pousser le clapet (11) vers le siege de soupape (91). La soupape de commande (11) fonctionne comme une soupape de decompression, de surete et de decharge a l'aide d'une construction simple. Ainsi, cette pompe permet une reduction du nombre des composants et peut par consequent etre facilement assemblee dans un corps de pompe en vue de reduire son cout et son poids.
