1. Device for lifting and lowering a floating offshore plattform (1) which is provided with supporting legs (2) capable of moving relative to the platform which in operating condition rest on the seabed or a base structure landed on the seabed, the jack-up device being locked in each case against a downward movement when the platform (1) in floating condition and with the supporting legs (2) placed in position is at the highest point of the wave crest, characterized in that two jack-up devices designed as cable winches (3, 4) are provided and that with the supporting legs (2) emplaced on the seabed and the platform (1) floating the drive of one cable winch (3) is switched off and the other cable winch () is released in winding-up direction and lockable in winding-off direction.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Hubeinrichtung zum Heben und Senken einer schwimmfähigen Plattform (1), die mit relativ zu ihr bewegbaren Stützbeinen (2) versehen ist. Im Betriebszustand dieser Offshore-Konstruktion sind die Stützbeine (2) direkt auf dem Meeresboden oder auf einer auf dem Meeresboden abgesenkten Unterkonstruktion abgestützt. Die Hubeinrichtung ist in der Lage auch bei unruhiger See die Stützbeine (2) stoßfrei oder im wesentlichen stoßfrei aufzusetzen. Dazu ist sie jeweils dann entgegen einer abwärts gerichteten Bewegung blockiert, wenn bei aufgesetzten Stützbeinen (2) und schwimmender Plattform (1) sich diese gerade an dem höchsten Punkt der Wellenbewegung befindet. Es können zwei als Seilwinden (3,4) ausgebildete Hubvorrichtungen verwendet werden. Dabei ist bei aufgesetzten Stützbeinen (2) und schwimmender Plattform (1) der Antrieb der einen Hubvorrichtung ausgeschaltet, während die Seilwinde (4) der anderen Hubvorrichtung in Aufwickelrichtung freigegeben und in Abwickelrichtung blockiert ist.
